US Sourcing Recruiter

This role gives you an opportunity to learn and grow in a start-up company while honing your career in the US Recruitment market and perfectly craft your skills in talent acquisition. It’s your perfect avenue to become a Senior US Technical Recruiter in 6 months! Your responsibilities include the following:
  • Profile/resume sourcing with proficient expertise in leads generation using advanced Boolean search, Linkedin search, applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media, company web sites and other web-based tactical searches.
  • Execute tactical/strategic sourcing using Web Searching (Google etc) as well as other job boards.
  • Provide the sourced profiles to US Technical Recruiters.
  • After a few months, you will be trained in candidate engagement including conducting screening interviews of qualified candidates including their skill qualifications, schedule of availability etc. while managing their database for assigned clients
Minimum Qualifications
  • Proven working experience in technical Sourcing and Recruitment for a minimum of 1 year
  • At least 1 years of working experience in IT Sourcing and Recruitment preferably in the US market (APAC and UK recruitment is acceptable if you have prior 3 years US call-center experience)
  • Advanced Boolean expert with LinkedIn and other job boards sourcing proficiency.
