Account Manager

We are looking for sales professionals to drive the US customer acquisition
and business development efforts with the following areas of responsibilities:
  • Execute our strategy in selling our recruiting services and software in the US and globally
  • Tracking sales pipeline and metrics
  • Develop leads and perform extensive cold calling and prospecting using the phone and other methods for the US market
  • Act as a conduit between the prospect and recruiting services team to manage the close of the sale and overall account management post sales.
  • Drive all business development activities including lead generation, qualification, deal management, competitive positioning, product demonstrations and contract development.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Proven work experience in Sales or Business Development for a minimum of 3 to 5 years
  • Familiarity with Sales CRM tools.
  • Appropriately prioritize team goals and individual goals to effectively achieve business objectives
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Demonstrated excellence in communication (written and verbal) with internal and external customers
  • Results driven, action orientated and self-starter
  • US Recruiting experience is a plus
  • A BA/BS college degree or more
  • The ability to work the night shift i.e. US hours
