MIS Analyst

To ensure operations are going smoothly, we're looking for an MIS Analyst. 
Job Responsibilities
  • Implement streamlined solutions for reporting practices
  • Develop repeatable solutions and promote methodology best practices
  • Maintain existing reports and processes
  • Access, extract, and manipulate data from disparate data sources
  • Create, update, and revise scorecards, dashboards, and other custom reports
  • Create and update reporting process documentations
  • Consult with end-users to help define new reporting requirements
  • Work independently and in conjunction with team members across the organization
  • Communicate, investigate, and resolve reporting issues and inaccuracies to account owners and team members
  • Learn new reporting technologies and tools
  • Adhere to all data security rules and guidelines
  • Attend and provide proactive input at all relevant meetings with key client stakeholders
  • Review and analyze reports requests on a regular basis and update the request ticketing system on status of requests
  • Provides the primary operational support for the reporting needs of the account teams

Minimum Qualifications
  • Experienced MS Office user, specifically Advanced MS Excel
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI and/or other BI tools
  • Professional communication: skills both verbally and for written business correspondence
  • Extremely well-organized, detail and multi-task oriented
  • Ability to transform data into organized insightful information
  • Ability to plan, organize, implement and follow through
  • Ability to deliver numerous reports for various accounts
  • Must be punctual, accurate, and driven by deadlines
  • Knowledge of BPO metrics and processes
  • Proficiency in building reports using Excel and MS Access
  • Knowledge of Workforce Management tools and systems
  • Report building experience, Balanced Scorecard
  • Experienced in Timesheet, ATS and CRM tools
  • Knowledge with Recruiting and recruiting metrics a plus
  • 2-3 Years work experience in MIS, internal reporting or BI
