Recruitment Trainer

Responsibilities
  • Assist in onboarding new recruiters by conducting orientation to the recruiting process; developing individual coaching plans and providing overall resources and assistance
  • Monitor and observe ongoing interactions with candidates and clients to evaluate strengths and weaknesses
  • Illustrate the knowledge to apply recruiting best practices
  • Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques
  • Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development
  • Understand the overall landscape needed to fill open positions in the US market
 
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a trainer and recruiter for at least 5 years
  • Preferably a BA/BS college degree or more, preferably in Education, Training or Human resources
  • Skills that demonstrate - Training, Training Management, Giving Feedback, Coaching, Self-Development, Self-Confidence, Orienting Employees
  • Expertise in full cycle, end to end recruiting from sourcing to placement. Candidate needs to demonstrate extensive knowledge in effective sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates, contacting and communicating with candidates, candidate screening, process for client interviews and overall communication strategies in interactions with the candidates.
  • The ability to work the night shift i.e. US hours from 11PM to 8AM
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Working with a US or multinational company is a plus
