Sales Operation Analyst

As a Sales Operation Analyst, you'll be focused on improving sales efficiency and performance. You responsibilities will include the following:
  • Design, develop and implement scalable processes and workflows for improving sales efficiency and performance. Own sales performance metrics and reporting to ensure access to timely, accurate and actionable data.
  • Partner with sales leadership and management to design and execute strategic, organizational and operational projects. Set operating cadence and reporting with management to ensure execution against plan.
  • Analyze and identify sales opportunities within the indirect recruiting channels, and consistently execute this process across the sales and recruiting teams
  • Act as key stakeholder in setting CRM requirements. Ensuring that all the sales staff are actively, regularly, and accurately using the CRM for their daily activities.
  • Work with Learning and Development to ensure that all Sales new hire onboarding procedures are correct, up to date, and being implemented.
  • Partner with the Data Team to ensure that leads are flowing into the CRM, with appropriate feedback and direction from sales and management.
Minimum Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience, specifically in Sales Operations. Experience both domestically (USA) and internationally is a plus.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, with sharp attention to detail with a natural feel for numbers and data, and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Exceptional prioritization and project management skills, excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
  • Graduate with BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • High-level of proficiency in CRM applications and expert in MS Excel.
