Systems Administrator

As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the highly available Network Infrastructure,and virtualized and cloud multi- OSWindows Server environment across the company. You'll work closely with Operations and other support group for outages, maintenance, updates and other IT-related issue on equipment, tools and other IT infrastructure. The responsibilities for this role also includes:

• Handles special monitoring task for data-center for job failures, non-working job/tasks or command outages/downtime and escalate it to the POC urgently.
• Experienced in handling, updating and maintaining Active Directory user management, SAN/NAS management, VM resource management, networking, security, OS management, and cloud & customer applications.
• Experience in administering and maintaining IT hardware and, system  software systems, network, security and backups

• Ensure the 24/7/365 availability of all systems, applications, and infrastructure
• Configure new servers, applications, updates, and develop processes and procedures that fulfill the support of secure systems
• Participate in anticipating, mitigating, identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware and software issues on servers in a timely and accurate fashion
• Coordinate with other staff and teams, to prioritize and work on continuing to improve existing systems
• Review new technology according to company direction
• Advanced Remote Desktop and Terminal Server experience
• VMware & Cloud admin experience (build server from templates, resource management)
• Application experience for a large variety of server based business applications

Minimum Qualifications

• Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, PC & network hardware, MS Office, Desktop OS, and other systems
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to create & update IT & Cloud Instructure diagrams
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
• Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge of network, server hardware and Microsoft Server Operating Systems
• Experience with multi-vendor and network environment
• Understanding of IT processes and procedures and willingness to follow them
• Knowledge and experience of customer service practices
• 2 - 3 years of multi-vendor enterprise environment work experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in ECE, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any IT/Computer-related course
