As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the highly available Network Infrastructure,and virtualized and cloud multi- OSWindows Server environment across the company. You'll work closely with Operations and other support group for outages, maintenance, updates and other IT-related issue on equipment, tools and other IT infrastructure. The responsibilities for this role also includes:

• Handles special monitoring task for data-center for job failures, non-working job/tasks or command outages/downtime and escalate it to the POC urgently.
• Experienced in handling, updating and maintaining Active Directory user management, SAN/NAS management, VM resource management, networking, security, OS management, and cloud & customer applications.
• Experience in administering and maintaining IT hardware and, system  software systems, network, security and backups

As a Sales Operation Analyst, you'll be focused on improving sales efficiency and performance. You responsibilities will include the following:

• Design, develop and implement scalable processes and workflows for improving sales efficiency and performance. Own sales performance metrics and reporting to ensure access to timely, accurate and actionable data.
• Partner with sales leadership and management to design and execute strategic, organizational and operational projects. Set operating cadence and reporting with management to ensure execution against plan.
• Analyze and identify sales opportunities within the indirect recruiting channels, and consistently execute this process across the sales and recruiting teams
• Act as key stakeholder in setting CRM requirements. Ensuring that all the sales staff are actively, regularly, and accurately using the CRM for their daily activities.
• Work with Learning and Development to ensure that all Sales new hire onboarding procedures are correct, up to date, and being implemented.
• Partner with the Data Team to ensure that leads are flowing into the CRM, with appropriate feedback and direction from sales and management.

• Execute tactical/strategic sourcing using Web Searching (Google etc) as well as other job boards.
• Provide the sourced profiles to US Technical Recruiters.
• After a few months, you will be trained in candidate engagement including conducting screening interviews of qualified candidates including their skill qualifications, schedule of availability etc. while managing their database for assigned clients
